Each program begins with 2 minutes of gentle scripture narration accompanied by peaceful ocean waves and soothing harmonic tones that continue for 10 hours. These sounds are non-repetitive. All of the audio was recorded and engineered by an award-winning sound designer. As he says, "I experimented with recording at different coastal locations until I found a beach where waves recede over pebbles. To me that was a similar sound to breathing in and breathing out."

Beautiful, peaceful voices and sounds

Just what I hoped it would be.
The different bible verses that begin the programs are nice for variety.
This is basically like getting a bundle of 20 programs. (I wasn't clear on that from the cover.)
I choose a different one every night and then go to sleep with it playing for 10 hours.
Top quality and great value in my opinion.

This really does help me sleep all night

The quality and the nature of the sounds are the best I've heard.
I have found some that come close on YouTube but I can't depend on those programs to run through the night.
The voices are relaxing too.
I have tried guided imagery but after awhile I just want the voice to shut up so I can go to sleep. This narration is short. About the time I'm relaxed, the voice stops and the sounds take over. And the sounds don't repeat like some do on YouTube.
I just choose the program I want (and the variety is nice) then set and forget.

Great meditations!

This meditation recording is great. The simple scripture passages are the perfect length to meditate on. I love both the male and female voices chosen. I also liked that the recording was long enough to last through the whole night without needing to restart it. I’ll definitely keep using these to sleep.

Like Meditating by the Sea of Galilee

The Sea of Galilee probably doesn't have waves that come up on the shore like these, but the whole spirit of this audiobook takes me back to a time when the words of Jesus would comfort a troubled soul.
I don't want to be without this audiobook. This is like a cherished possession and having it on my phone is sooo-oo convenient.
