I generally dislike giving bad reviews, especially for a freebie, but this definitely was not a good listen. The book is slow and narration is spotty. The music parts and whispery (should be a word) laughs were annoying. The story is a mash up of different religions, who get everything wrong, and the destiny of gods to be or something all thrown into people whose old souls have to relearn centuries of stuff. The author is trying to make some mystical journey to awaken our spiritual selves. I have listened to books like Hunters Unlucky or Bassam and the Seven Secret Scrolls, where I felt inspiration or a spiritual change, but this book was a whiff for me.

Loved the storyline and unique concepts presented in this book. Really liked the used of music and sound effects to enhance the performance and the narrator was amazing. I received a free review copy of this audiobook at my request and I have voluntarily left this review.

Great story brought to life

I really liked this story when I read it. The performance now brings the story to life by a very talented voice. The characters are great, especially now when I can hear their personalities! Highly recommend listening.
