Hated the virtual narration. No attempt at dialect or gender differences. Hard to tell what character was speaking.

I didn’t like how the clan kept comparing her to the late wife of the lord. Something I wouldn’t put up with

I hope Virtual Voice does not take over. Real human readers assign different voices to different characters, and the voices reflect the emotions from moment to moment. VV does none of that.

Just awful - nothing pleasant to say at all

You might have written a good story, and I might be tempted to read the e-book, but I could not listen to this. The AI voice is awful. Pay to have it produced or produce it yourself. This is awful.
