Remember Tuesday Morning by #1 New York Times bestselling author Karen Kingsbury is a heartfelt story of grief, redemption, and learning to love again--featuring a brooding hero, a loyal K9 partner, and a second chance at faith and hope.
Years after losing his father in the Twin Towers, Alex Brady has built walls around his heart. Once deeply in love, he's now a man consumed by justice, determined to eliminate evil and prevent tragedies like 9/11 from ever happening again. With only his loyal K9 partner, Bo, by his side, Alex devotes himself to fighting crime--until a rash of devastating California wildfires forces him to face the pain he's long buried. When an environmental terrorist group targets a wealthy community, Alex risks everything to stop them. But it's the friendship of Clay and Jamie Michaels--and the gentle persistence of a woman who refuses to give up on him--that may finally help Alex rediscover the faith and love he thought he'd lost forever.
Continue the bestselling 9/11 Series with Remember Tuesday Morning--a powerful story of healing, courage, and the redeeming grace that can rise from ashes.

The concept is interesting, One main character has chosen to devote themself to righteous anger for the wrong done to a loved one. The other main character will not move on with life when badly rejected. I did care about these two and how their overwhelming issues might be resolved. But the storyline was uneven, spending far too much time exploring internal dialogue and rationales.
The plot wrapped up a bit too predictably and neatly to feel real. I don't feel it was the author's best work but it mostly held my interest
