Wonderful Story

This is a wonderful story about the earliest Christians. Truly a great story with lots of information presented in an entertaining way. A must read/listen.

We battle not flesh but spiritual darkness.

The beauty of this fiction is it points to reality of the spiritual battle that goes on behind the scenes of our lives. We don't battle other humans but the demons that are controlling them. These stories really that highlight that reality.

Wonderful book

I love the way that Brian brings deep background study and a different perspective on the books of the Bible that make sense in a mystical way.

Very long story full of details, some true and some fiction. Has many interesting concepts. But there were 2 things I felt were unnecessary to have in this book- cursing using God's name and having a lot of sexual situations.
