This is a fantastic overall investment book. I have had rentals for years and have been winging it. I wish I read this 20 years ago. Robert is an amazing writer. He's entertaining and informative. I wish he lived near me and we could hang out so I could pick his brain.

great stuff for rental properties

Enthralling most of the way through. Despite a background in commerce, I had never looked too deeply into the real estate market until recently. This book served as a great tool to come to equal terms with my prospective business partner.

I have been pretty much obsessed with listening to Bigger Pockets podcasts over the last year - absolutely amazing content and resources for all things real estate investing. The writing style and information is super accessible, easy to understand, and helped clarify my personal goals and strategies. A lot of times in real estate investing, there is no one perfect way to do things, but you just have to find the strategy that resonates and works best with your own personality and goals.
