Spectacular

This is a must listen to/ read. I’m buying the book now that I have listened to it. Too much for me to absorb through just listening to it! Poleg does a great job covering all forms of commercial real estate and the cutting-edge trends.
A great listen to understand leading trends in real estate applications in light of technology advancements. I’m saying that I like these trends but they are going to occur despite what any of us think about them.

Pandemic seems to have hastened predictions.
Love the history interwoven.
Narrator a bit fast, almost like an AI voice?
Got used to it.
