A very fast paced Sci Fi Fantasy novel by a best-selling author. The follow up to: Children of the Kraal, Kingdom of the Kraal and Revenge of the Kraal.
This funny, tragic and action packed Dystopian novel is the fourth in this thrilling series set in a world where the humans have been enslaved by the Kraal and the only resistance is from the Vadors the rebel band of children. The Vadors seem to be winning on all fronts but then they have a major disaster where they lose forty of their band. Then they learn that the Kraal are bringing in 100 Warrior Kraal from Australia to beat them and have to go all out to defeat this new threat. A world filled with brave warrior children and Kraal monsters and Stingers and Giggle Hooks and Molten Scobies! But also filled with humour and love affairs and laughter and A & R’s potent Apple Ale!
The novel is full of action but concentrates more on the personalities of the children who have to learn to form a society without the guidance of adults, how to organize, to establish discipline and all the problems of relationships and sex. A heart-warming novel with many nail biting scenes and some very tragic moments.
Warning: this novel contains the more robust language used by teenagers and references to more intimate relationships for characters of this age.
