Unlikable male love interest.

This author is very good and the narrator is amazing. It would have been a simple and enjoyable love story if the main love interest was more likable. He treated the main character pretty poorly and he just kind of came across as a stoic, cold, and bitter. The author normally makes her male characters more likable and interesting.
