Amazing love story!!!

CJ and Aaron could read a dang phone book from 1980 and I would swoon. So stinking good!! This book has EVERYTHING you need and want. The love story between Cade and Mare will just melt your heart and will leave you wanting more. Cannot wait to read the second book in this series.

Too long of a “love story “

This was a long drawn out story. The lead male character was so frustrating. It seemed he only wanted her when nobody else was around. He’d say one thing but would want another. I think the story could have been better if the story had been shorter. It just didn’t flow very well.

Narration was great, but the story missed

Try as I might, I absolutely could not connect with this story. Cade was the most difficult for me. Some of his behaviors just felt like a massive red flag. Even with the understanding of why he did what he did, he was sometimes downright mean to someone he claimed to be his everything. Just rubbed me wrong and kept me from fully enjoying the story. Narration was great though. !

Loved this audiobook!!

This is my review after reading the ebook... Loved this book! This is the first Kat Singleton book I've read. I added it to my KU list, and it sat there. FOREVER, it seems. Why did I wait so long? I'll admit I almost returned it. I love the best friend’s sibling romance trope, but I just wasn't in the mood for another similar story, and this seemed like it was like one I had read before. Maybe I had already read this one? I started it anyway (I love the trope) and found that Uh. No. I haven't read this, nor could I put it down. This was heartbreaking and heartwarming all rolled together. It's a steamy one as well. Multiple chapters going from one pov to the next pov, and then back again ... of the same scene. We get to go back and forth through time, and it was well done. No getting lost as it happened. It was a longer book that was worth every page. SOMETHING had me put it in my Kindle Unlimited list, and I will now be adding the next book in it's place...hopefully! At least, I hope it's also available in KU! This was a great read!

I enjoyed the book so much that I bought the audiobook. The narrators were excellent! They brought this book to life with emotional performances that had it rolling like a movie in my head. It was perfection!

If you love small town, second chance romance go listen to this audio! The audio to this book was amazing! I loved everything about this book! I can’t recommend it enough. I sad I wanted to long to listen to this book. But at the same time I think it was perfect for the mood I was in. The narrators did a wonderful job and felt like they played each character so well!
