Could not get past Chapter 1

The narration is so bad, I could not get past Chapter 1. I have no idea if the story is good, but performance was bad.

Mind wandering

My mind wandered so many times during this listen. I think the narrator made it awful. She was not that great. There is a part of the mind in this book where you want Beverly to get caught and not get caught at the same time. I listened till the end out of sheer curiosity to see how it would all play out.
