Our society has created an environment of confusion, deep insecurities, trauma, ego, control, narcissism, war within ourselves, lack of love, and in return we have been dealing with toxic behaviors and illnesses that can be cured by healing our emotional traumas. How do we heal from the pain and trauma we face in life? How do we heal our bodies from all the trapped energy and emotions that hurt us deeply?
Robinson's book will show the listener that it is possible to heal our emotional traumas. How the food we eat impacts our minds and bodies. The importance of self love and how important it is to love and nurture ourselves so that we can become healthy from the inside out. There is power within ourselves to help us heal and be able to turn our pain into our testimony. Through her guidance the listener can learn techniques on how to heal our psychological trauma, and ultimately be able to live fully, healthy and free.

I purchased the print copy of this book a year ago, and it stayed with me. After the recent passing of my sister, I felt called to return to it through the audiobook, and it has been deeply comforting.
This book has also supported me as I work through healing from a cycle of a toxic relationship—one where I kept allowing someone back into my life and felt deeply betrayed by myself. It has helped me begin to understand the root of my emotional trauma bond. Although I am still navigating moments of cognitive dissonance, by the glory of God I continue learning and doing the painful, profound introspective work. The pain is real, but it is also a way of clearing my soul and my mind.
At this stage of my journey, I am learning to overcome fear and to speak honestly with my loved ones about my healing, without shame for having been pulled back into old patterns. I am discovering that my healing process may also inspire someone else—but my main focus right now is staying present, being intentional, and surrounding myself with the people I love and who love me. I am choosing to be mindful of what I do, what I think, what I consume, and how I care for my mind, body, and spiritual path.
Through it all, I am learning to trust God’s divine plan—knowing that even if I stumble, it’s okay. Caerse no está mal… quedarse tirado, sí. And by God’s grace, I continue rising.
I also have the honor of knowing the author personally. Lily is truly an angel—compassionate, kind-hearted, down to earth, and deeply inspirational. She walks her talk. She is a woman of faith, strength, and beauty, and her heart is felt on every page of this book. Gracias amiga. ❤️
I have recommended this book to many of my loved ones—friends and family—and I will continue to do so. It is a true blessing.

A great book to start the healing process.

This book creates safety where there was once survival. No rushing, no bypassing, no pressure to “be over it.” Just honest reflection, compassion, and permission to feel at your own pace.
It’s for anyone who has carried a lot quietly and is ready to choose softness, clarity, and self-trust again.
A book I’ll return to, not because it has all the answers, but because it asks the right questions.
