It is 2062 ⸺ World governments have collapsed and Earth’s food supply is exhausted after a nuclear exchange between the United States and China. Five billion starving humans roam the planet, many reduced to cannibalism. Order is maintained by a Consortium of scientific elites emerging from the decay, their weapons a powerful robot army and synthetic food "Manna" rationed to the masses from the sea.

But the threat of revolution is growing, driven by terrorists determined to bring down the Consortium at all costs. After recent attacks against its undersea Manna production complex, the Consortium has ordered its top spy, Lucinda Montavi, to infiltrate the terrorists. Lucinda will be assisted by "Gog", the most powerful robot ever built.

Lucinda and her superiors are unaware her assignment will reveal the dark secret behind the Consortium, terrorists, and Manna, but Gog will soon unleash the darkest secret of all.

Gary Naiman has written eighteen novels. One of his books, P.P.M., is being considered for a motion picture.
