From #1 bestselling and USA Today bestselling author Jack Mars, author of the critically-acclaimed Luke Stone and Agent Zero series (with over 5,000 five-star reviews), comes an explosive new, action-packed thriller series that takes listeners on a wild-ride across Europe, America, and the world.

After elite Navy Seal Troy Stark is forced into retirement for his dubious respect for authority, his work in stopping a major terrorist threat to New York is noticed. Invited to join a secretive new international terrorist-fighting organization, Troy must hunt down all threats to the U.S. that originate from overseas—and pre-empt them by any means possible.

In ROGUE ASSET (Book #9), the airwaves hum with danger when a once-silent Cold War radio station, now pulsing with life, signals the awakening of dormant threats. Caught in a race against time across nations and decades-old secrets, Troy Stark confronts reactivated Soviet sleeper agents on the precipice of crippling NATO defenses.

Listen to a lot of audible books.

This one has a lot - a lot - a lot of repeat words.

The narration/editing was distracting. It appeared as if thr released version was either never review for errors or was poor narration/editing. Recommend a revision to correct.

I have enjoyed the this series but I’m not a fan of the narrator. He’s kind of bland IMO. Combine that with the subpar editing of the audio where you’ll hear repeated sentences and it makes for a tough listen. I almost stopped listening to this title but I am vested in the “life” of Troy Stark. On that note, I would be upset if I were to write a novel that was put to audio with this lack of quality control in the editing process. Other than that, I enjoy Jack Mars’ work and will continue to listen.

The narration seems to be edited by someone who has never edited an audio book.

The story was suspenseful, the narrator’s cadence was annoying, though his female voice was very good. The editing was absolutely awful! When editing, you’re supposed to erase the mistake, not just leave it & go on! Geez!! It could have been a good listen. I won’t get the next book if Jake B is the narrator again. Twice was enough!

Good story, terrible editing

Every single book in this series has numerous lines that are repeated numerous times throughout the book.

Storyline is great as is the narration
