Four years after its 2019 independence crisis, the region of Papua launches a full insurrection. Seizing chunks of Indonesia’s land and air assets and a third of its navy, rebels force Jakarta to accept the rebellion or fight a devastating war.

Enter the mercenary ships as a third option to surgically cripple the stolen warships. By softening the insurgent navy, they can allow troop landings to restore civil order while retaining hopes of salvaging or recapturing the commandeered fleet.
