I love the premise, the storytelling and character development of this series. I especially love that the female lead character is not the typical angst driven girl but displays age appropriate maturity of self awareness, purpose, intelligence as well as committed values without being preachy, boring or otherwise being presented with stereotypical female tropes.
I can’t give the audiobook full stars as the virtual voice while having a good overall tone/timbre is grating in its flat delivery that misses to connect the intonation and syllable emphasis to the meaning and flow of the story.
