AI voice thumbs down

I think I would’ve enjoyed the story a little bit more if the AI voice wasn’t so noticeable robotic. I’m gonna have to buy this book and read it for myself..

New Experience

This type of storytelling was definitely new to me. I'm not sure how I feel about it just yet. I like the idea of the FMC being nondescript so that I can put myself in that role, so that was nice. But, because of the virtual voice, I just COULD NOT get into the story properly. There was no feeling/emotion there. Definitely not a fan of Virtual voice...not at all.

Overall however, the story was good once you got past the virtual voice.

The audio voice just doesn't do it!

I'm a huge fan of Mrs. Wright but to do this so one of her treasures is hard to listen to. This story like all the others is great but please do away with this voice.

True love

The charter were nice and so romantic. It about king finds his queen . But the same time his enemy found out the kings weals link. Romance spicy is give five . The queen come to France she wanted a ticket and she wanted to explore. Once she arrives. She met the king and the rest. You know the story between them too now can the king save the queen‘s life from the wasp?

More Virtul Voice Yuck!

I am a fan of Kenya Wright. I have purchased several of her titles and have enjoyed listening to them whenever the become available. EXCEPT NOW. Alas Ms. Wright's excellent work has fallen victim to the travesty that is virtual voice. This process forces the listener to listen past the lifeless tones and lack of inflection at the necessary moments of the storyline. Making it a total drudge to listen to the entire thing. I am so glad I didn't buy this. I hope that this is not an indication of how Ms. Wright's books will be narrated going forward. If so I will have to stick to her ebooks.
