Entertaining Biographies on Roman Generals

A solid collection of biographies. The Scipio and Agrippa sections were my favorites, especially in terms of pacing and storytelling.

The Belisarius portion was still good, but felt a bit heavier and slower in places. Still, taken as a whole, it’s a worthwhile listen if you’re interested in Rome.

A Fantastic Bundle

A well structured bundle, each general represents a different phase of Rome; Scipio the rise, Agrippa the peak, and Belisarius the struggle to hold it all together. The structure of the bundle makes it much more impactful than reading them separately!
