This is an amazing book. This is the future and will transform the world if people will stop holding on to the way we used to manage people and businesses. It’s time for us all to move into the future or fail to progress.

Not very useful in running a real remote company

We've been remote for almost 4 years now - looking to pick up some tips on improving culture. Instead, found this book is all about "async communications" - which is built by introvert sho don't really want to communicate face-to-face, over zoom or with phone calls - rather do everything by writing log dialogs in Slack. They put down a lot of other management & communication styles to promote that running your company by slack beats everything.

Not the reality that I've seen over the last 4 years. I'm returning the book
