This book was exactly what I needed to hear. I feel like you were telling my story in so many ways so you put language to it. I love that I was able to understand your book because I’ve been following you for so long and you answer a lot of questions. This book puts everything into perspective. It’s like a blueprint in how we need to give ourselves a chance and stop ignoring the red flags, the signs have always been there. You explain everything so detail.

One of your lines that stood out so loud for me
Was : “they are only able to love you at the level that they loved themselves “ And that goes both ways too.

I truly understand the betrayal and as much as you try to block it and forget about it the boiling pot will start pouring out and you will start spiraling. You have to be able to choose yourself so you can start living to your full potential and to be free and come back to yourself because what if we are God what if if we have been praying this whole time to God and knowing that God is in you, you have been praying to yourself and we really have to listen to that. It makes so much sense . That whole part was a big a-ha moment.

I loved how you talked about your middle name and that you tattooed it on your wrist. I started looking into my name. I normally just use my middle name JANET but my first name is Luz. I have met several people and they have called me sunshine not knowing that my first name is Luz so I need to remember who I am and what I bring. Enlightenment, divinity, and clarity.
