Epic and Entertaining

What a fantastic addition to the series! Book three picked up, right where book two stopped. We are with Ryn, Dagan, and the others trying to determine who may be behind the latest attacks. But as the pressure increases, our group truly runs out of people it can trust further. The author did a great job keeping me guessing what would happen next while also allowing moments of peace to exist in our team. I love Ryn's openness and willingness to defend any of her friends. Her fiery spirit is impressive, even if it leads her head first into many fights. We learn more about Dagan's previous dealings in this city and what he has come up against. But the author did a great job leaving breadcrumbs for me to follow into book four. I have to know what happens to our group of friends as well as what new danger lurks in front of them.
