So sad, have to return because of narrator

It sounds as if the narrator is reading from the book. The last straw was when she sounded out "en..cly..clo..ped..ia like it was a hard word. I really don't have any clue if the book is a 3 star book or not. A review cannot be written without filling in some stars.
