Who says you can't fall in love at seven years old? I know I did.

The love I felt for my babysitter, Camryn Davison, at such a young age transformed over time.

By the time I was a teen that love turned into fantasies I knew would never come true.

By the time I saw her again at 21 I was determined to make those fantasies a reality.

If only she'd see me as the man I am now and not the little boy she used to soothe when I had nightmares as a child.

She's the only one that has an issue with our seven-year age difference, but I'm determined to prove to her that a younger man is exactly what she needs.

Contains mature themes.

As other reviews have said, this one is kind of boring, but if you read the whole series up to now it was a nice catch-up. Samson loved his babysitter (who was 14 when he was 7) and told her he was going to marry her someday.

Fast forward 14 years and he is 21 and she's 28. When he sees her he realizes he still wants her. After a lot of shameless, frat boy flirting that didn't work, Samson puts in the time and really tries to win Camryn over.

She pushes him away at first because of the ick of the age difference and her remembering him having nightmares in which he once called her mommy.

They come together and it was really good.

It was a nice story without much drama or action, so it's definitely not your typical Cerberus book, but it was a pleasant listen.

Loved seeing all the gen 2 kids hanging out and being tight with a sprinkle of the OG characters as well. I do with there was more Snatch (Jackson) and Itchy (Rob) though.

Narrators were great. I really like these 2 together.

I love me a good romance age gap. Although, the age wasn't as gapped as I like, it was a good read. Samson was such a sweet guy. The narration was good and had some good heat. Kept my interest. I would recommend!

Overall, this was a nice love story. Nothing dramatic, not a lot of tension build up, just a nice story. If you’re looking for more action read one of the other books in the series.

Um I listen to books to make driving more bearable, not worse. I almost fell asleep at the wheel listening to this.

Narrators were good though.
