A too quick quickie

“He’s Satan, duh!”
This worked great as a tongue in cheek short story about Satan being charmed by an innocent, while explaining the mechanics of needing believers in Hell in order to for Hell to function.

Satan: “Why do the nice ones always think I look like Clooney?”
Ah, shades of ElizabethHurley in Bedazzled. There’s a complete arc to an HEA that zips along with no angst and oh so mild domination. I didn’t find this sexy as much as cute.

“Can I get pregnant?”
“No sweetheart, you’re dead.”
“But I still get my period.”
“It’s Hell.”
While this mostly felt cartoonish, there’s a smattering of F bombs, too many mentions of her “doe eyes” and then a wham, bam, thank you ma’am mention of going “balls deep.” But, duh, he’s Satan, and it should be obvious from the summary that this will be exactly that kind of novella, where Satan gets offended when Bunny screams OMG in his bed. Saucy!

Great book, kept my attention all the way to the end, amazing audio delivery, loved it.
