Caroline survived, or did she?

On an icy evening, Caroline, her husband, step-son, and daughter are on their way home, when a tragic accident occurs. She was the only survivor.

Unexpectedly, she picks up and moves to Alabama. Alone in a close-knit small town, she struggles to make a fresh start. Night terrors and panic attacks hinder her ability to move on.

Trick, a confirmed bachelor, owns the local Alabama bar, The Trick. When he tries to learn more about Caroline, his new waitress, she puts up a mighty fight. Deciding to take it slow, and be a friend to her, Trick slowly works to break her walls down, brick by brick.

A Wonderful Story!

Saving Caroline by K. Larsen is a beautiful story about a woman who tragically loses her family and then learns to find herself, and love, again.

The narrator, Bianca Pierson, did a wonderful job telling this story. Her voice is easy to listen to, she makes the characters of Linny and Trick come alive, and their emotions tangible.

Overall I really enjoyed listening to Saving Caroline.
