terrible waste of money and time. Not so much about scaling, as an endless enumeration of all the business processes that happen in a company and their definitions. Vague, generalized overview of business functions with no examples nor cases. Numerous painfully obvious observations: "to grow your business you need to grow sales." "you need to choose good people for your team" and so on... This book is just a compilation of general statements thrown in together. sad.
