You survived. Now what?

PTSD doesn’t whisper. It hijacks your sleep, burns through your relationships, and lives rent-free in your nervous system. The world wants you to stay quiet, stay small, stay “healed.” This book says f*** that.

Scars Don’t Whisper isn’t about polished advice or therapy clichés. It’s for the ones still waking up in survival mode, still flinching at kindness, still battling the guilt of not being “over it.”

With raw truth, rebellious clarity, and zero sugarcoating, this is the survival guide for people who are done pretending they’re fine. Inside these pages, you’ll find words that fight for you when you’re too tired to explain yourself.

If you’re angry, numb, loud, quiet, messy, shut down, triggered, or just still here—this book gets it.

You don’t need to be fixed.

You need to be heard.

This book is obviously meant for someone experiencing PTSD. But if you know someone who is struggling, this provides great insight. Excellent narration. Easy to listen to, with just the right amount of emotion to make you feel like he's speaking right to you.

Well worth the listen

I found the information in this book to be quite helpful. This is the first audible book I have listened to and felt like the narrator performed the narration well. He had just the right inflections and pronounced everything well.
