Love is Always True

Season of Faith was a beautiful story. I listened to the audiobook and the narrator was wonderful. This is the final in the trilogy and we have watched as Amanda and Tyler lives become more than best friends. Of course, life happens and there will be good times and bad times, but with faith the two of them will see it through together. The author has done a great job in portraying the best friends, life’s journey.

What a way to wrap up a trilogy!!

Wow!! What a way to wrap up a trilogy!! I absolutely loved every single book in this series, but Season of Faith was the perfect ending. I was completely hooked from start to finish, and while I got the ending I was hoping for, there were definitely moments that had tears streaming down my face. It was emotional, heartfelt, and such a beautiful conclusion. The audiobook narration by Lisa Lynn Sandlin was excellent, she brought so much depth and feeling to the story and made the characters come alive. This was an outstanding finale to a series I’ll be thinking about for a long time!

bittersweet ending

Seasons of Faith is the third book in The Seasons series, and it was bittersweet to finish the series. Sara Jane Jacobs has created this beautiful story full of love, hope, grief, emotions, PTSD, family, and so much more. I was fully immersed in Nathan’s Mountain and enjoyed every moment.

Lisa Lynn Sandlin was the narrator, and she truly brought this book to life. Not sure how she does it, but every book she narrates is a true work of art. Who needs TV when you can listen to an audiobook narrated by Lisa?

This story deals with some hard, real-life issues. Tyler gets medically discharged from the Navy after a crash, bringing his dreams crashing down with it. He is dealing with some injuries and PTSD. Amanda is dealing with some trauma from the kidnapping insistent from the previous book. Watching them draw closer and work together to overcome the struggles was perfect. I loved watching the family dynamics in this book, and watching everyone come together in the hard times. Watching the family mend the broken bonds and grow stronger in the hard. It was the perfect ending to this series.

This friends-to-more, second-chance romance was sweet and kisses only. Amanda and Tyler got the happily ever after they both deserved after everything they overcame.

Sara Jane Jacobs did an amazing job of intertwining faith throughout the story.
