realistic and relatable characters

I love the descriptions of the character's expressions, reactions, etc. It enables you to feel the moments.

Fun story

I enjoyed the double feature. I do not like how the chapters continued so even though the narrator would tell me the current chapter number if I look down at my phone, I was on a very high chapter number.

Hard to put down

I enjoyed the books and the presentation. The Grandmother added a humorous touch with her often times outspoken view of life.

Performance was terrible

I tried and retried listening to this ten times and the narration was sooooooo slow and sleepy, almost drugged sounding that I could never once get past chapter 2. I really tried, so I have no idea if the story was good. I finally just gave up despite having paid for it.
