Magic and witchcraft ruled my life since going to Salem. My calling as a witch in the Coven of the Hallowed was supposed to be a priority. I just wanted some element of normal. Like how it used to be before I had to worry about the world ending.

He walked in with that charm I want to resist and temptation I know I should stay away from. It should be easy to say no to a man as arrogant as him. It should be easier because, deep down, I’m wary of him.

There’s something he’s hiding. Secrets. Secrets I’m not sure I want to find out.
