Fascinating!

Very good book, with fascinating info about a creature that’s much understood, and with much more to teach us!

Super interesting and informative. I love the narrator's voice, she brings a lot of life to the words.

Loved the narrative format

The anecdotes about her, and other’s, experience with octopuses were very interesting. I see some mention not loving the narrative format but I loved it! My favorite was the description of various species at the end.

Octopus are Intelligent!

I’ve always been fascinated by the ocean and the mysterious creatures that live in it, but I didn’t know much about octopuses until now. After listening to this audiobook, I have a much greater appreciation and curiosity for them because their intelligence and behavior are so surprising.

I also like that the author narrates her own work, which makes the audiobook feel more personal and engaging. Overall, I think this audiobook is very beginner friendly and a great introduction to the world of octopuses.

An okay listen

The performance was a bit much for the content. I wish it was more science information than storytelling. The best part was the last bit going over the different species.
