This book was interesting as I thought about my extended family members and what points might help them. The thoughts on self-worth, self-compassion and the affirmations sound easy enough to do, however, personal effort is needed. Boundaries are sometimes hard but the effort is important. Identifying triggers is also very important to personal growth. This book had many excellent points and lessons to be learned for individuals who are ready to improve their lives.
