I wish book 2 was available. I enjoyed the Narrator. I mnin love withe Laryd.

Great Book!

Very good book, and very interesting characters. This is a different view than what I’m used to with paranormal stories, but it’s kept my attention. The only thing I don’t like is that the female lead does not have agency over her own body! That part pisses me off! The author does her best to try and make it seem like the lead is ultimately giving consent, but she’s not! I hope that part is remedied in book 2!! That is the only reason for the 4 star review. Otherwise, it would have been 5!

performance was subpar HOWEVER the story was fantastic, I have all the ebooks, but I wish they could publish this with some a+ narrators

Not if you want a romance about falling in love

I didn't make it through the whole thing. I gave up when there didn't seem to be emotional growth between the two main characters. There was definitely sexual growth and the need to claim/be claimed, sadly though the romantic growth just felt forced and fake to me.

Good at first… then it declined

I felt like this was good at first and kept my attention. After getting pretty far into the book, it was getting pretty repetitive and difficult to continue. The narrator for the FMC was pretty flat and tough to connect with.

It was okay enough since it was free with the audible plus membership but I’m glad I didn’t waste a credit on it.
