The ending, but I don't want to give it away.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes. The end was a little bit predictable, but it was well written.

Leonard Nimoy is an excellent narrator and does an excellent job in reading a story like he did all his professional work. RIP Mr. Nimoy,

I really like this story and the way that Leonard Nimoy narrated it. Set in the wilds of South America during colonial times, it hauntingly captures the loneliness and isolation which western settlers must have felt. Very spooky too, with a surprise ending.

It is a cute story, and I liked it, but the thing I really liked, and the reason I bought it was Leonard Nimoy. I would pay to listen to him read the phone book! I wish that he had done more book narrations while he was alive. I have mostly never been "all broken up" over the death of famous people, but there are three exceptions, for me. David Bowie, Leonard Nimoy, and Neil Armstrong. I really wish all three were still alive. I will miss you for the rest of my life, Mr. Spock!

Very interesting story and very well read by Leonard Nimoy..
Long enough to tell an involved plot, but brief enough to keep your interest all the way through to the end.. I enjoyed it very much.

This caught my eye because of the Nimoy narration, and he really did a beautiful job! I got very involved and the minutes flew right by.

Nimoy really makes this amazing!
