This is a great introduction to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. This was recommended to me by my therapist, which I then gave to my friend to listen.

For most of my life, I have suffered from anxiety and depression. The simple exercises presented hope for better health, but with a deeper understanding of why and how they do so. A significant audio-book for understanding general health and wellness.
