To be honest, I never believed in self-hypnosis, but I’m starting to feel like there’s some truth to it. I don’t know how or why, but this audiobook gave me a genuinely soothing feeling, and I have to admit it.

I really liked the structure: each chapter focuses on healing a specific emotional wound, like grief and forgiveness. Every section includes calming music, and the narration is wonderful and soothing. Also, each chapter follows a series of soft, slow-paced affirmations to reinforce your desired state and help you let go of unwanted emotions.
