Listener received this title free

This was a good quick listen to aid in insomnia. I enjoyed that it was such a short listen because it is perfect to put on right before bedtime. The breathing exercises are very soothing and the repetitive nature of insurance and sleep is a safe place is effective. The only critique is that other sleep aid audiobooks generally have soft music or white noise in the background and this one did not. It certainly is still effective, but I prefer the music or white noise.
