Everybody knows that Seminole Indians love to wrestle alligators for tourists in the Florida Everglades. Old Buck, leader of the local Seminole Tribe, decides it's time to take James, a teenager, back into the Big Cypress Swamp to teach the boy how to wrestle gators. He takes along Micco, Jumper, Two Feathers and Wolf to help, because the huge giant is 16-feet long and weights close to 2,000 pounds. With help from the older men, James is able to subdue the monster, then turns him loose with the admonition, "OK, Big Fella, you owe me one!" Years later, James becomes the Sheriff of Hendry County and runs an office in the small town of LaBelle. He's now well educated, good with gators, and whenever big city cops in Miami have trouble with people running drugs through the Big Cypress, they always call on James, whom they refer to as the "Seminole Man" to help. James uses modern police methods to catch the bad guys, but he also uses his Seminole heritage. Surprisingly, when James is about to be killed by a ruthless drug lord, it's "Big Fella" who comes to his rescue and saves his life. Seminole Man is a very exciting read. Action & Adventure
