The book didn’t completely got eradicated my insomnia. It made me look at at differently. It’s a work in the progress and one day it will be gone. I look at insomnia differently now. I am not worried that I slept very little. I just let it go and I started feeling so much better.
It’s an incredible book. Couldn’t believe something actually worked without meditations and meditations
