Well Explained Book

I'd have to say this is one of the best books 📚 I've read.. She gave her own experience.. Then gave her own experience on what works and how to go about doing it her way. Even offers more help on her website. Again great book. A must read if you are on the path of becoming completely conscious being.

A great guide to high consciousness

I have ready a fair amount about, enlightenment, higher consciousness, etc. and I have to say Aleya did a great job expanding on multiple different things that can be accomplished through consciousness. She is a great guide into meditation.
