such a sweet story. great Narrators and a great story. one of my favorite authors on Audible.

Bought this book because I enjoyed the Bromance Book Club series, but this was cheesy, poorly-written nonsense at best! Audible slapped a new cover on it, but I should have paid better attention. These kinds of badly written characters and paper thin plots are what gives romance a bad name. Read if you’re in it for chest-beating possessive men with zero personalities and heroine’s whose only traits are “likes baseball” and “when not owned by boss or brother, seeking owner”.
The worst part? Despite advertising that if you don’t like a book you may return it, Audible wouldn’t let me stop this one two chapters in and return it because I’ve already encountered two other crap books that I’ve returned this year. Which apparently is a criminal crime, since I’ve purchased over 25 books from them already since January. 😤
