Great Story

The story was very well written and the narrator felt natural. The romance scenes were not over the top either. Really enjoyed this read.

Very intriguing story

I Love that it wasn’t to sexual but just a nuff. It wasn’t long stretching period where u had very interesting action in the book was a very good read.

Had me at Dayton Ohio

I have never read anything by Bev Jenkins and man was I impressed. This story had me so enthralled as if it was a movie. Then to learn Max had ties to Ohio, my home state blew me away. I took this journey with Max, Doc and Ruby and Ossie. I pictured this stallion as Tamara Dobson from Cleopatra Jones film. I’m looking forward to many more of Ms Jenkins books. What a page turning thriller.

This was a great read. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The characters were so vivid and vibrant.
