Not at all what I expected...

This was first foray into inspirational fiction. I wasn't disappointed. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and was sorry when it came to an end. And it strengthened my own walk with God. What more can a book do?

2nd in the series; each more moving

I was quite taken with the first book in this series and I am more in love with the characters than I was at the end of book one. No, not all the characters are perfect; some arrogant, some prejudiced, some very immature, some bullies. Yet cocooned around all is love that shows up in surprising ways. Can’t wait to start the next one. Christian reading. The story takes place mainly in a funeral home but there is nothing graphic or horrifying contained within. Recommended.

Must listen to this series.

This is the second book in this series. The first is, "Doesn't She Look Natural." Listen to it first and then this book, and last "She's In A Better Place." They are clean, enjoyable books.

These books are so down to earth good. The narator is great for this series.

Too preachy, but good story

Overall it was a good story, except it was way too preachy at times. I had to skip ahead for the endless dribble.

Change in focus from 1st book in series

The first book was about divorce recovery. This book was an unexpected change in focus to racial prejudice and abortion.
