I never rate

I truly never rate books but really felt compelled with this one. Gino and Rob did a phenomenal job pulling together teachings of their own lives and other books that this is truly in all in one, life changing book for me. I love the humility, it is quite inspiring.

Flipping the dark side of entrepreneurship

Traction is one of the best books on the mechanics of running a business. Few good business books talk about the dark side of entrepreneurship, the mental side.
Gino and Rob uncover it authentically and openly, while giving a simple (not easy) prescription for flipping it. Inspiring and accessible.
I wish Gino would have read it but Sean Pratt is one of my favorite narrators on audible.

I've listened to countless self help and entrepreneurial books. "Shine" is a stand out, real, pure, freeing and powerful one that is truly a masterpiece. The disciplines and assessments are all covered with examples, experiences, and I wish I knew people in my life that I can have conversations similar to the deep dive talk the authors have at the end of the book. Definitely helpful in Veil Piercing! Thank you for being so vulnerable and being a guiding light for me as I shed my shit!!
