In the snow-choked ruins of Central Europe, CORE and AMO “aren’t at war”—at least not officially. Between them lies a wasteland of contaminated cities, lawless zones, and both sides still pretend the world is temporary and order will be restored any day now. Between their lines sprawls a dead, contaminated belt of cities and forest—the Shockline.

Sergeant Freya—an eight-foot wolf mutant bred for war—leads her misfit squad through the radioactive wasteland between two superpowers that refuse to admit they're still fighting - and when a routine patrol goes sideways in the ruins of Budapest, Freya finds herself trapped between hostile forces, mysterious military hardware, and questions that could start the war everyone pretends already ended. With her squad pinned down by a radiation storm and enemies closing in from all sides, she'll have to decide what's more dangerous: the contaminated wasteland outside, or the secrets of the conflict looming in the background.

In the Shockline, survival isn't about following orders. It's about knowing when to break them.
