They fought like cats and dogs all through their growing years, only brought under control when he finally got as tall as his stepsister. Of the same family, they drew no blood but plenty of hurt feelings. Two more determined winners could not be found.

determined to somehow make a difference.
Tragic circumstances bring them to the old house in central Illinois, where they reconnect and find themselves entirely different in their feelings toward one another.
