Being an avid online gamer, Afric O’ Connor loves a challenge. Helping Neil Durant reveal himself to the girl he’s been catfishing makes for the perfect sidequest. Pleasantly Surprised

Just finished the audiobook. This is the 1st book that I’ve read/listened to by this author and it was delightful. The narrators were perfectly chosen.

A great audiobook!

Another wonderful story from L.H. Cosway! I absolutely loved this charming and fun romance.

Afric and Neil start out with an agreement to help each other. She needs help with her finances and he needs help with the girl he wants to win over. What should be simple becomes a lot more when feelings get involved. I loved the relationship development, banter, and plot pacing. This is one of my favorite books from L.H. Cosway yet!

This is a spin-off of the Running on Air series but can be read as a standalone. I love that series, too, though, and can't recommend it enough!

A great story and wonderful narration make this one of my favorite audiobooks this year.

Perfect

I read Sidequest for Love first and I loved it. The audible just made me love it more. The narrators for Alfric and Neil were and are perfect.

5-Star. Cosway does it again with original story lines and characters you fall in love with! Afric and Neil’s love story was quirky and romantic! I love getting lost in a good book! Loved it! When I enjoy a book as much as I enjoyed Sidequest for Love, I love to indulge in the Audio version, too. Audio for this book is amazing! Afric and Neil come alive with the narration and it's so fun to join them on their quirky journey to find love! I can almost picture Afric and Neil and I found myself thinking about what listened to long after it was over. They had faults, but they were strong characters who seemed so real and kind.

Wow! This duo totally won me over with their performances. As a Texas country girl, it can be tricky to understand certain accents. Mr. Watt’s voice had a richer accent, but a little tweak to the speed helped me to catch on quickly and this country girl was soon following along at normal speed without any issues. Both of these narrators did an amazing job of bringing these characters to life and adding so much more to a book that I was already in love with. Listening to this after reading it was icing on a fun filled decadent cake!

What a cute, fun story! This couple were complete opposites but so perfect for each other!
Afric was popular with her fan base and yet she never quite fit in. She dressed and behaved in a manner that was off putting to some people yet she had a wicked sense of humor and excelled in originality. I loved the way she took Neil by surprise before he ever saw it coming.

Neil was never the girl’s first pick. Watching him interact with Afric was fun as he never saw what he was getting himself into. Of course, that made it all the more entertaining.

This has some wonderful banter, a slow burn, and great interactions between the hero and heroine. This was low angst and what did arise was quickly dealt with. Overall, a fun, quirky read that kept me smiling!
