A beautiful debut

There were so many layers written into this book to make you think not only about the deaf community but also the lengths at which people will turn their heads to atrocities when it benefits them. Cannot wait to read book two.

Narration was perfect! 10/10 they did a great job of immersing you in the world.

Strength and communication

Unique concepts with civilization and how communication can be different. Descriptive, with suspenseful and emotional aspects. I felt I could always picture what was being described and enjoyed the strong female characters.
I also bought this as a gift for my sister and will definitely gift to others too!
