good read

I have to admit I was iffy about this book. something just doesn't sit right with me when it comes to dad best friends, but I must say I really enjoyed this story.
the way the book is written didn't make it feel icky.

Grant is an older gentleman who falls in love with his best friend's daughter Harley. they do their best to stay away from each other after their night together. no matter how hard they try they keep finding their way back to each other.

Grant is a older, established, and successful man. He values his family, and his true friends. Imagine his inner struggles when he figures out he's in love with his best friend's daughter. Harley is a successful young woman who instantly feels the attraction and connection with her father's best friend. This story is a roller coaster of emotions and the two find their way together.

I must admit that I'm in love with this series after just book one. Grant and Harley's story instantly caught my attention. The narrator captured the connection between the characters perfectly. The story line wasn't overly dramatic.

Absolutely love the Solace Sisters!

Silver Fox's Secret Baby is the 1st book in The Solace Sisters series and it is a fantastic way to start the new series!! I absolutely love Harley and her sisters. Due to a couple of broken hearts and abandonment issues, Harley struggles with the idea of relationships and love, resigning to forever being alone. However upon seeing her father's best friend, Grant, for the first time in 8 years, her body and heart are saying something completely different. Harley is attracted to the forbiddenness of it all however can she overcome her issues and seek happiness or will she continue to deny herself for the sake of others? Can't wait to see which sister is next and what the future holds for all of the Solace sisters!. The narrators really brought this book and the characters to life and really got you to feel the emotions throughout the book. Fantastic!!.

Dad's best friend

I absolutely loved how their relationship started and how it develops throughout the book. It was fun, sweet, spicy, and great! This book was well written, and well read.
