This book is great for speaking out the different poses and giving enough time to do the poses. My Mom and I did it together and she loved it. You do different sections of the book on different days and there's a 21 day challenge to keep you motivated. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to keep active

I purchased the book for my mom, helping her to regain mobility and strength. When I saw that this book has an audio version, I decided to purchase it. The audio version makes a difference. My mom lives by herself and doesn't feel like going outside. Needless to say, her health declined due to the inactivity. The audiobook makes her feel like she was with someone without the need to go outside. And the double benefit is that at least she is moving around her body and caring for herself.
